When you survey the type of technology at each school, you should also survey the amount of integration into the curriculum. Our math classrooms are technology rich; however, not all teachers are using the available technology.
Amanda, I would also plan to use Benchmarks. They are given more frequently and it will give you more data. Another thing, I would consider moving your research toward the top of your list. Sometimes you get ideas and additional questions while you research. I think your plan is a good one and see many more wonderings coming from it!
